Community Guidelines

The Wagwizi Community is a space for Jah Prayzah's fans to connect, share and celebrate the music. To keep it safe and welcoming, everyone who posts in the app (in the chat, moments, replies, questions or messages) must follow these guidelines. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats or targeting another person.
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any protected group.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic or gratuitously violent content.
• Content that endangers or exploits children in any way.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited advertising.
• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal or dangerous acts.
• Sharing other people's private information without consent.
• Impersonating Jah Prayzah, staff, or other people.
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Report and block

If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report option available on posts, replies, chat messages and questions. You can also Block a user so you no longer see their content or messages. Reports are sent to our moderators for review.

How we moderate

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and aim to act on them within 24 hours, removing content and, where needed, suspending or permanently banning accounts. We may also remove content or restrict accounts proactively. Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.
