Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jah Prayzah official app ("Wagwizi Community", the "App") and this website. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content & conduct

You own the content you post, but you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it within the App to operate the community. You are solely responsible for what you post. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, that endangers children, is spam, or infringes others' rights. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

4. Moderation & enforcement

You can report content and block users in the App. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

5. Purchases

Any merchandise or ticket purchases (when available) are subject to the terms shown at checkout and are processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices and availability may change.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
